I just started learning Lojban two weeks ago. I love music, so I was wondering if anyone could help me find music of various genres, in Lojban. So far all I can find is rap, and while I don't hate rap, I'd like a little more variety :-).

Most of what we have in terms of music should be listed here: mw.lojban.org/papri/Lojban_musicIt just so happens that one of the few people who made music in Lojban chose to make rap music, so the relative amount of rap music is high, simply because there is not a lot of music. If more people ended up creating Lojban music, it might get more diverse, but it doesn't just come out of nowhere, and we need to be thankful for what little we have.

Thank you! I did come across the Lojban anthem on Saturday, and now it's stuck in my head :-D.
I am thankful for what there is, I just like variety, and also generally prefer songs with a tune I can hum.
Maybe I'm just spoiled with the very broad selection of Esperanto music. But Esperanto has been around for a century longer, so I guess it's not surprising that it has more songs written in it.
Maybe someday I'll write songs in Lojban, but today is not that day... I did translate "You Are My Sunshine" into Esperanto and toki pona; I wonder if I could manage that in Lojban? Ah, sure I could. I can do anything I set my mind to! But probably not yet.
